Ishigaki hold seminar and demonstration of “FLOOD BUSTER” in WOW TO JAPAN Project
We recently held a seminar and demonstration of the operable at any water level type horizontal submersible pump “FLOOD BUSTER” in *WOW TO JAPAN Project at Vinh City, Nge An Province in Vietnam.
It was carried out as part of “Demonstration project for operable at any water level type horizontal submersible pumps applied to pump gate facilities” by a joint venture of Japan Sewage Works Agency, Japan Techno Co., Ltd., and Ishigaki Co. Ltd.

In the provincial capitals of Vietnam, where economic development is remarkable, recent climate change has caused frequent inundation disasters due to heavy rains. However, inundation countermeasure facilities are not fully equipped, and economic loss is increasing.
We hope to reduce the inundation damage in Vietnam with “FLOOD BUSTER”.
